TACUHO's Reach
For Housing Practitioners
TACUHO strives to provide opportunities for housing practitioners to engage, grow, and collaborate. Members can serve on committees, connect digitally through our social media and in-person at TACUHO and SEAHO, and participate in roundtables, educational sessions, and drive-ins.
For Senior Housing Officers
Our Senior Housing Officers (SHOs) keep our departments going through their experience and leadership. TACUHO provides opportunities for SHOs to interact throughout the year as well as serve as voting representatives for their respective institutions at the TACUHO annual business meeting.
For the Students
Historically, TACUHO has worked with to select an advisor who works with TARH - the Tennessee Associate of Residence Halls. TARH is a student-led organization that serves as a conduit for resources and program ideas for all schools in Tennessee.
SEAHO
The Southeastern Association of Housing Officers is TACUHO’s professional home. The TACUHO State Representative serves on the SEAHO Governing Board and TACUHO membership has a meet-up and state meeting each year at the SEAHO Annual Conference. Many of our members are actively involved with SEAHO as well.
ACUHOI
With a mission to make campuses home, the Association of College and University Housing Officers International is the leading organization of choice for campus housing and residence life professionals and home to more than 17,000 professionals representing 3.2 million on-campus students from around the globe.
NASPA
NASPA is a network of more than 15,000 members at 2,100 institutions coming together to support each other, overcome expanding challenges, and center student success in the evolution of higher education.
