The TACUHO Secretary and Treasurer maintains and oversees all funds and assets of TACUHO, along with other related aspects of the Association. At the discretion of the Executive Council, the Secretary and Treasurer will collect and disperse funds on behalf of the Association with the exception of the ongoing activities of the Annual Conference.
It is the responsibility of the Secretary and Treasurer to prepare an annual account of the financial standing of the Association and present it at the TACUHO Business Meeting.
The Secretary and Treasurer term is a two-year term.
